We offer transfer rate based on certain mileage as specified in the cost. In case the car runs for more mileage then specified then there will be additional charges for extra km and if car is used in excess of four hours because of delay in flight or for any other reason, then full day local run rate will be applicable unless otherwise agreed.
We provide car rent in Delhi for tour. We work out city tour rate on the basis of 80 km and 8 hours which is normally sufficient for sight-seeing of Delhi of most interesting monuments. Our drivers are experienced and familiar with all places of tourist interest to take you there. We can also provide you English speaking or other languages speaking guides (subject to availability) at extra cost and also provide lunch in a good restaurant at discounted rate. We can also provide mineral water or soft drinks on request in the car
There are two packages of local use about car hire in Delhi. We have half day local use which is for 40 km and 4 hours and another is full day local use which is for 80 km and 8 hours. In case of half day local use, if car runs more than 40 km, then extra run is charges on per extra km rate but if it runs for more than 4 hours then only full day local use charges will be applicable. In case of full day use, any extra km or hour will be charged as per the rate given. You must keep in mind that all mileage and number of hours are to be calculated from our garage to garage and not at the place of reporting or where you leave it. You must consider the distance and time to be taken from / to our garage to the place of reporting or where you leave it for hire charges.
In case of outstation trips out of Delhi NCR, we charge minimum 250 km per day on an average or actual whichever is more. The car with driver remains at your disposal. You should provide driver sufficient time for his meals during the day and ensure that he is also given enough time for rest in the night so that he is ready for next day duty. The clients do not have to pay for boarding and meals of the driver, but a tip is expected. We can send you car with driver for pick up in any other city and you can also leave the car in other places but the mileage and number of days are calculated from our garage to garage in Delhi. We can also offer all inclusive rates which would be for unlimited mileage based on your itinerary, parking and all applicable taxes for outstation trips if you prefer that.
