Payment Terms & conditions (Transport)
In case of cancellation of Car Rental and Package Tour services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in writing.
Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive letter in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows :
29 days to 15 days prior to arrival – 30% of the Car Rental / Tour/ Service cost # 14 days to 08 days prior to arrival – 50% of the Car Rental / Tour/Service cost. # 07 days & less, prior to arrival or no show – NO REFUND. @# Please note – Irrespective of above mentioned cancellations slabs – incase of cancellation of tour services after the booking is made with us – a minimum 15% service charges would be applicable. # In case you cancel the trip after commencement refund would be restricted to a limited amount that too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation and missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.
Refund
In regard to refund of unused / unutilized services (which are paid for and cancelled in advance) the refund amount would be worked out on the basis of cancellation policy as described above and the money would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us.
General Information
All services will be provided by Chauffeur driven Cars / Coach only.
The mileage and time is determined from garage to garage i.e. the time vehicle leaves our premises for the assignment till it returns back after completing the assignment.
The customer has to sign the duty slip, and the same to be handed over to the driver while leaving the transport.
The Photographs shown are for illustrative purposes only.
Disputes, if any shall be subject to Delhi Jurisdiction only.
Rohtang pass (snow point) visit subject to weather condition/permition by local authoroties, ( From Mid of April to July Rohtang Pass (Snow Point) sight seen cost not included in our Transport Cost) Rohtang Pass Sight Seen supliment cost extra. (Environment Compensation Fee(As Per Govt. Ruel) + Rs. 2000/- for Dzire or indigo and Rs. 3000/- for innova and Rs. 4500/- for tempo traveller Extra) (Rohtang Pass visit is closed from mid of nov to mid of april due to heavy snow fall).
2. Rohtang pass is closed on every Tuesday as govt.has declare it the maintainance day.
Enroute visit manikaran will cost 1000 in indica/indigo , 1500 in xylo/innova and 2500 in tampoo traveller.
Jakhu temple in shimla & manu temple in manali to be visited by separate car, cost to be paid by the guest directly.
Note: Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances,heavy snow fall etc (to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot).

Vehicle like Innova and Tavera will operate with 6 + 1 (driver)Seating Capacity only. As per the itinerary from 08.00 AM to 08.00 PM)
Vehical like indica and indigo will operate with 3 +1(driver) seating capacity only (As per the itinerary from 08.00 AM to 08.00 PM)
AC will not operate on Hills.
Driver details will submit prior 1 Days before only and after 7.00 PM. For Same kindly cordinate with Sanjeev Kumar 09971220071//8010974746
Kindly submit proper information about Passenger i.e. Mobile Number / Arrival Place and Time.
LCD / Music Systems are not allowed at Hills.
Payments
All quoted prices are net. payable to Palm City Tourist Service 100 % Advance required For Car Rental. The prices charged are for the specified services only, any extra services availed will be charged extra.
Price Includes
Fuel, Govt. Services taxes. Assistance of Our Representative during Transfer from Airport, Railway Station to Hotel or vice versa.
Price does not include
Any item not specified above, Any extra services besides the contracted part, Driver Tips, Guide, Entrance fees to monument etc. During Outstation tours, Interstate Taxes, fuel, overnight charges for the Car / Van. Toll Parking fees
Insaurance
All vehicles are comprehensively insured, where, the occupants / passengers are fully insured and the claims are settled as per the governing rules in India, through court of law.
